Well, today's my 19th birthday! I'm going to spend the morning doing whatever, and tonight I'll be going to the movies with Andy, Jimmy, Kimi, Nathan, and possibly Kristel. Then we'll be going to Steak N Shake (or someplace else, if anyone has any cheap suggestions), and then back to my grandma's to watch more movies. Thursday I'll be going back to Jackson, and I won't be back until Monday.

So because it's my birthday, I've decided to share with you all the recipe for the cake my mom made me.

How to make a candy bar cake or, as I like to call it, A Nice Little Chunk Of Diabetes Just Waiting To Happen. (Yes, that is the official title.)

You will need:
9-12 candy bars of your choice
A can of frosting
Small candies to decorate the cake with (optional)
A LOT of milk to wash it down with

Unwrap the candy bars. Lay three of them (or four, depending on the size) side by side so that they form a square, using frosting to "cement" them together. Add a layer of frosting and repeat. The candy bars should be laid perpendicular to the layer below.

When the cake is the size you want it, frost and use the small candies (like Skittles, Pull-and-Peel Twizzlers, etc) to decorate the cake. The cake is now ready to eat. It should be noted that the cake should not be stored in the refrigerator, as it will harden and become very hard to cut. Cut yourself off a piece and eat it -- don't feel bad if you can't finish and have to throw it away. Your body will thank you.
