I had a boy who waited SO long to ask me it just got...annoying. He never asked me out, all he would do was ask me... out. Like, to go places. And he came on too fast and too strong. Not doing things in a group first, even.
But that was in 7th grade, mind you. :P

However, with the love of my life, we said I love you after 3-4 days and by that Saturday (we met on the Friday) we were going out.

It all depends. Don't wait too long but I don't suggest making it so short either. It's up to you. Do what you feel is right.

AND- Why haven't you told me about this love interest?????
