The article is about a girl whose therapy dog was stolen from her, and its head was then sent back to her wrapped up as a gift.
What the FUCK? This pisses me off so damn much. What sicko does that kind of thing? I hope the cops catch the psychopath before he can hurt any more animals, or any people, and that he gets more than just a slap on the wrist and some severe psychiatric help. And I really, really hope that girl is okay - it seems like this person might be trying to work their way up to her, what with the not-so-lovely personal touch of sending the dog's head back to her.
If I had a pet, I would be cuddling it right now.
