Just watched Supersize Me. I don't know if anyone's seen it -- the maker goes on a thirty-day McDonald's diet, eats nothing but what McDonald's sells and limits his walking to what an average person walks. He ends up gaining 25 pounds, generating 13 bags of trash, becoming depressed, getting headaches, becoming addicted to the food, getting chest pains, losing sexual impotency (the word he used to describe his penis was "worthless"), turning his liver into fat, and having his blood sugar and cholesterol go through the roof.

There was a section on how fast food and sugary snacks and drinks have breached the schools, and how it affects the kids. Does anyone seriously think that, given the choice between a salad and chili cheese fries, the average teen is going to take the obvious healthy choice? Didn't think so.
