I finally got around to watching the last few episodes of Chrno Crusade. I'm not sure whether I like the anime or the manga better. Story-wise, I think I prefer the manga. It was a lot more open-ended.
I did like the fact that Rosette turned out to be Mary of Magdelene - it added to Chrno's angst factor, and there are quite a few similarities between Mary and Rosette. But I didn't like the direction it went in. Holy Lady Rosette kind of freaked me out, especially in that black pseudo-loligoth getup. And Joshua being stuck in his twelve-year-old mentality made me want to cry.
Arg, I need to go re-read the manga, and after Robin finishes watching CC I'm going to re-watch it as well. It's been a while since I watched or read it. And I'm definitely going to have to download the soundtrack.
