Anyone know how to keep from compulsively snacking? I mean, obviously, don't keep out snacky foods that are easy to eat a lot of without realizing it, but I was talking more like at parties, or even at coffeehouses, where it's really easy to just go up and spend all your money on cookies and coffee and chai tea lattes (damn, those are good!), and everything you eat is fatty or salty or sugary or some combination of the three.
I could lose a good amount of weight if I would quit eating for the sake of eating and drink more water instead of pop.
