Was der vick is happening with my phone?

I was talking to Jessica on my cell phone, and she cut off. So I tried calling her back, and she's tried calling me back -- either there's NOTHING on the other end, or someone ELSE is on the other end, or the call ends like two seconds after I pick up! And she just finally reached me, and it happened again! She said it was happening with her phone too... It's been raining here, maybe there's a storm that's fucking with things, but my roommate's phone is working fine so that can't be it, can it? I think it's her service, she said it's been happening with other Nextel customers. Gaaah, this is frustrating....

Nextel might be having some network issues right now, it's a fairly common occurrence with them. Is the person you're talking to on a nextel phone as well?

Sadly, I don't have access to the Nextel network status thing any more :/

Well, I'm on Centennial, not Nextel... And apparently it was a lot of strong winds in the area that was fucking with the service last night.
