Take one pair of breasts. Squish said breasts between very cold pieces of glass and photograph them. Repeat. That's the extent of a mammogram.
I had to get one today as a prereq to my surgery. I honestly thought they were going to pop open like grapes, that's how painful it was. Then again, they've been kind of tender lately. But the machine almost broke my shoulder. Meh.
