So, I did almost nothing today. Dad was gone from 8:30 - 2:00, taking Grandpa to the hospital for tests, so I sat on my ass and watched TV/played FF6, and read a bit of the Werewolf: the Apocalypse books that Ryan lent me. (Yes, I'm going to join. If I can fit that into my schedule. Damn you, work.)
Tomorrow's Robbie's birthday. He asked that I burn him a copy of both of my Linkin Park CDs. Hell, I don't listen to them that much, I could just GIVE them to him... except then he's going to overplay them and sing all the songs and make me want to strangle him even more than I already do. So instead I bought him a back of Neopets trading cards, because he likes them a bit and I wanted to get the gift over with. Also, I have to get up early and go to mom's so I can have breakfast with Mom and Rob. Mmm... chocolate chip waffles with whipped cream!
Jan's having me paint something at her house. MUCH better than office work. Weeeeee.
Actually went on a bike ride. First one this summer. Yes, I'm pathetic. I've never considered myself a specimen of the physically fit. I'm healthy as a horse in the sense that I don't have any serious (or minor, as far as I know) health problems, and I rarely if ever get sick. (Okay, not true. I get sick about once a year, usually with the stomach flu. That's happened three years in a row... but it's nothing compared to the rest of my family!) Anyhoo, Dad and I rode around Cascades and had ice cream. Mint chocolate chip, my fave... and he said he'd buy a small carton of Haagan Daas, since I've never had that.
Aaaaaaand I've been sort of working on the manga Rose and I are doing... I started the first page last night. Had it started out nicely. It fell on the floor at youth group and... Todd ran over it with the couch. Damnit. So I've spent my time tonight redrawing it. Ah well, Kyrelle will still be introduced and I SWEAR she won't wangst. Much.
