Because you haven't had your daily allotment of brain-melty yet...
Seriously, I think the grey matter's oozing through my ears now.
Picked up Death Note and Bleach the other day. Mmmm, Shounen Jump goodness. The other three manga volumes I bought helped with the orgasmic bliss that only manga can bring. Oh, Rosette, Chrono, Kyo, Light, Ichigo, Luffy and Zolo... I think it's safe to say that I'm rather happy at the moment. And on that note, Death Note is ... is ... wow. I want to have the artist's children, or I would if I knew if I actually wanted kids. Go pick it up, people! Get your ass to Waldenbooks or Borders or your best manga source and BUY IT!!!!!!! /pimp
And I have a brilliant idea for NaNoWriMo. When it officially begins, I will post all the details of my plot, but for now let me give you one clue: high fantasy a la the Wild West. I will either produce a masterpiece or something more hideous and destructive than Frankenstein's monster. Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!
I have no work scheduled for next week. I asked Cat about it (she does all the scheduling) and she said it was because my new volleyball class starts next week, and because I can't work in the mornings now and the nights are all full, it'll take a while to get me in there. I kind of wish I hadn't spoken up; I said "Well, I could have worked Monday." Damn, why do I speak up when I could just go with the flow and get to sleep in?! But I do need the money. Gah!
I was going to go to a haunted house with Will and some girls from my Creative Writing class, but Kristina had to stay home and study, and she's the one who knew where the damn place was. The only ones I could find in Kalamazoo (and none of them were where she said the damn thing was) weren't even open on Thursdays. So that was a bust. I didn't even get to go to the Rocketstar afterward (it was dark and I didn't want to go by myself), and there was a crocheting/knitting group meeting for the first time tonight. Meh... Maybe instead of replaying MGS2 I should take pics of my iPod holder and show it off. Or clean my side of the room. (I'm a slob, what can I say?) But the good thing is that I have cheezy popcorn -- white cheddar! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! -- and therefore it's not entirely bad that I'm staying in tonight. Maybe this weekend someone will invite me to a party or something. It could happen.
