Better mood today. Went to Chelsey's to spend the night. Her mom lives in this old farmhouse that seems like it would be fun to rattle around in, even if the stairs are a bit steep. (They're better than the ones at Mom's house, that's for sure. I'm afraid to go up and down those stairs.) I was supposed to get there at 5:30, but I got lost and ended up getting there at 6. She played the ending of FF7 for me, since I've only seen it once and I figured it would be useful for my fanfic and the Red Anne Bonney-esque ficbitching site I want to do. (It's Final Fantasy, Lise, and I'll post a BIG disclaimer on the main page stating that I got the idea from you. Plus a link to your site.) And then she beat FFX-2 and finally got he perfect ending, so I got to see that, too. Wee. Plus we made chocolate lava cake. It was teh yummies.

And now I'm at the library on the comp with Chelsey. She's let me borrow the first 26 eps of Fushigi Yu(u?)gi. I happy. *squeals*

Gotta earn $10-15 for tomorrow so I can get to club and have lunch/dinner/whatever. Gotta earn at least $100 by May 6 so I'll have moneys while in NYC -- for transportation and food, not just stuff. And of course I won't be able to get a job, what with Michigan's job market being in such a rut. *sigh* I don't suppose anyone would care to lend me money? (As if. I doubt you'll be getting it back for several years.)

Is it just me, or, in the perfect ending for FFX-2, when Tidus says, "Cherish me, Yuna, and I'll cherish you," isn't that way out of character? Tidus is not the type of guy to use the word cherish unless he's reading something aloud. Or trying to get into a girl's pants. Or something. I mean, that just kinda came out of left field.

But all in all, it was rather cute. I liked it. Especially the beginning of it, when he was explaining his theory and then said something like, "Oh well, who cares?"

Ha, don't worry, it's not like the idea is terribly original--I got it from Ficbitches and an Initial D ficbitching site. From what I understand, FF needs the slap to the head more than Hellsing does. I'd love to see it when it's done.

Well, my snarky humor is nowhere near as enlightening as yours, but I can pull off the bitch part just fine. It also helps that I actually know what I'm talking about. I'll post the link once it's up, but I'm not sure when, as someone else is putting together the site.
