Hokay, so, I just started my period today. And I always end up with horrible cramps, and I never want to move or do a lot of running around and stuff because I'm paranoid that I'm going to... er... leak and stain my pants or something. Does anyone have suggestions to either make the cramps feel less like I'm being beaten, or to keep from feeling like I have to stay in one position for the next five or six days?

Also, can anyone translate these lyrics for me? I can't find the English translation anywhere, Babelfish has decided it is my nemesis, and the other site I used gave me a really fucked up translation. The song is "Waltz" by Suneohair.

I hate to say it, but the Pill works wonders. I used to get killer stomachaches and headaches around that time, and now I don't (plus, it makes the flow a heck of a lot more manageable).

Hormonal birth control for the cramps (pill, shot, patch) and tampon to avoid leaks. That's all I can suggest. XD

heating pad or hot patch works wonders. therapad makes some particularly for that problem. ^.^
