Looking forward to July with mixed feelings.

Yeah, for everyone who didn't know, on July 16 I'm going in to have a breast reduction. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have DDs and all, but with my body structure, they're far too big for the pros to outweigh the cons. I get backaches just from vaccuuming or dishwashing. Plus I can't fit into any cuter bras, so there go my dreams of a Victoria's Secret wardrobe.

I want the surgery. I don't like feeling like I'm a life support system for a pair of breasts. But I'm kind of scared to undergo sugery. The last time I was in the hospital, I broke my arm. Six years ago. And they neglected to tell me that I shouldn't eat after midnight, so I had to wait a whole day to get my cast on. Stupid Foote Hospital.

So, yeah, I'm a little scared. And before all this I have to have a mammogram. (Joy. Another person gets to look at my breasts.) So... urg...

But good luck with your surgery, I'm confident that it'll go well. To my knowledge, its a pretty minor surgery and the people I know who've gotten breast reductions haven't had any problems with it.

Yikes, surgery (insert reassuring comment here). But I'm sure it'll turn out ok. Not that I'd know anything about it since I err . . . don't have any. ^^
