Just from watching people get drunk, I learned that alcohol is a bad, bad thing.

I freaking hate drunk calls too.

"I was druuuuuunk, why are you made that I called at 4 AM repeatedly and then showed up at your dorm to curse you out for hanging up on me? Then when you shut the door in my face, I continued to curse at you. I WAS DRUNK, WAH, give me a free pass for being an asshole!"

He wasn't being so much of an asshole as he was just laughing at everything. In fact, he was probably less of an asshole drunk than he usually is sober.
