I've finally got my computer back! All of my stuff is gone, so I have to build up my favorites again, re-do my settings, and re-download most of my programs and music, but I do have a lot of the latter on CDs so it's only the recent stuff that I'll have to find again. (It's still a lot that I've lost, but I've been meaning to clean out the collection and this gives me the perfect opportunity to get music from my friends. Anyone got anything they'd like to share? :D)

I've been in almost constant motion since Sunday morning, and it's a hard state to get used to. I'm a Bronco Buddy this year, which basically means I get to move in a week early for free, and I have to help people move in. It's not too hard - I had a 2-5pm shift yesterday, which was hot and exhausting, while my 9-12 shift this morning was a lot cooler and almost dead. I only had to carry stuff up the stairs once today. Of course, now my feet are blistered, and everything below my neck protests if I move at all. One more shift to go, and that's 2-5 on Friday at my own hall. (Hey, I might even move in my own roommate!) Between then, all I have scheduled is shopping, a party, and a couple dozen hours of World of Warcraft.

I have a feeling this is going to be a good year. I've got a lot of my friends living either on my floor or in nearby buildings, I've made quite a few new friends through Bronco Buddies, my roommate seems relatively sane so far, I've got a job (sort of - even if it isn't regular and I don't earn a lot), I got a phone call from someone I haven't talked to in a few months, and I'm going to be applying to study abroad soon, so I've got that to look forward to. I can make this a good year, I think.
